Shift : 12 hr Days | 07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM

Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time

Guaranteed Hours : (36 hours / week)

Compensation : Based on experience (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department.
• Oversee the daily functions and long-term planning of the ED, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, physicians, and administrative staff to maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and drive performance metrics including patient flow, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve department efficiency.
• Ensure staff competency, retention, and development through coaching and mentoring.
• Manage budget, staffing levels, and resource allocation effectively.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications :

May consider a strong ED Manager if responsibilities align with Director-level duties and strong performance metrics are evident.
