Responsibilities

Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Policy Review : Regularly review and assess client policies to suggest improvements and ensure adequate coverage.

Quote Preparation : Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to individual client requirements and budget constraints.

Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any issues or inquiries from clients promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters and other team members to facilitate the best solutions for clients.

Compliance : Ensure all policies and practices meet state and federal regulations while keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements

Experience : Prior experience in commercial lines insurance is required.

Licensing : Must hold a valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focus : Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.

Detail-Oriented : Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
