Role Summary
Lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of the organization's IT functions. This position is responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, promoting the integration of secure and innovative solutions—including artificial intelligence and automation—and shaping long-term IT strategies that support scalability, operational excellence, and competitive positioning. No Relocation is available for this position. Must be a U.S. Citizen, no sponsorship is available at this time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proficient in ERP platforms such as Infor Syteline or equivalent, along with Microsoft-based network infrastructures.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver successful IT projects.
- Skilled in overseeing the development and enhancement of custom software applications.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with a history of improving system performance, security, and reliability.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, automation systems, or machine learning tools applied to business or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
