Job Title : Data Analyst

Location : Pleasanton, CA, Or Dallas, TX

Length : 6-10 months

This role will support business decision-making through data visualization, statistical analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on retail operations and customer insights.

Your Impact :

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and ThoughtSpot.

Perform advanced statistical analyses, including Bayesian methods, to uncover trends and forecast outcomes.

Query and manipulate large datasets using Google BigQuery and SQL.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Support A / B testing and experimentation initiatives.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Your Skills & Experience :

Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a retail environment.

Proficiency in Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and BigQuery.

Strong understanding of Bayesian analysis and other statistical methods.

Experience working with Retail Media Network data (preferred)

Experience with SQL and data modeling.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
