A company is looking for an Infrastructure Monitoring Consultant to lead infrastructure monitoring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and collect critical processes from applications to improve monitoring

Detect and escalate application issues

Conduct root-cause analysis on issues using applications, servers, and service logs

Required Qualifications

Technical background in IT Operations or as a System Engineer

Experience with observability projects and related tools

Project management experience in IT infrastructure areas such as disaster recovery and monitoring

Proactive in detecting and escalating application issues
