A day in this role

It’s 1 : 55 PM in Minneapolis, and you’re prepping for a 2 : 00 PM start. You review the job ticket, pull stock, and bring a KBA 105 or 106 six- or seven-color 40-inch press up to spec. By 3 : 00 PM, you’re dialing in ink and water balance to nail brand-critical colors. Throughout the evening, you keep a sharp eye on registration, density, and consistency—troubleshooting on the fly, coordinating with production, and keeping the press area spotless and safe. At 11 : 59 PM, your final sheets look just like the first : crisp, accurate, and production ready.

• Location : Minneapolis, MN 55428
• Shift : 2nd shift, four 10-hour days
• Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 2 PM–12 AM
