Each Day as a Site Manager at Envoy

Every day at Envoy is about bringing buildings to life and leading teams to deliver projects that shape communities across Indiana. As a Site Manager, you’ll be the one ensuring our construction sites run seamlessly, from setting schedules and coordinating subcontractors in the morning to leading progress meetings and solving challenges in the field by afternoon.

You’ll oversee projects from pre-construction through warranty, making sure quality, safety, and deadlines are met while keeping communication clear and teams aligned. This isn’t a desk job, it’s about leading from the field, motivating teams, and ensuring every milestone is delivered with precision and pride.

Location : Fishers, IN | Full-time, On-Site

Schedule : Monday–Friday | Flexible PTO
