The Principal Product Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to drive product strategy and execute high-impact design solutions. You will guide projects from conception through delivery, balancing user needs, business goals, and innovative design. Accountabilities

As a Principal Product Designer, you will :

• Lead design-driven projects that address complex business and user challenges, proactively proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually compelling interfaces.
• Conduct user research and leverage insights to inform product decisions and validate design concepts.
• Innovate and establish reusable design systems, patterns, and methodologies that elevate product quality.
• Mentor and guide other designers, fostering skill development and a user-centered design culture.
• Contribute to design strategy, working closely with leadership to influence product direction and organizational initiatives.
• Champion user needs throughout the organization and ensure consistency and quality across all product touchpoints.
