Job Description :

Job Duties include but are not limited to :

• Support payroll department activities and efficiency by gathering and entering employee time and wage data within the department’s time management system
• Communicate with staff to ensure payroll information is gathered, stored in the correct digital drives & reviewed by the correct people in the office & field in a timely manner
• Reviewing the time entries for variances & issues against a list of common errors to ensure accuracy, as well as a roster of active employees to ensure the correct employees are included
• Cover uploading payroll & any necessary communication to the corporate office as needed when the payroll supervisor is out of office
• Using the payroll system to generate the data into billing packages that are audited against labor rates & other contractual information provided before being incorporated into invoices
• Using Adobe or another PDF program to combine various documents into invoice backup
• Notary duties (MMR will provide the training if you aren’t currently a notary)
• Invoice reconciliation to the invoicing system(s) & upload to the internal document share drive
• Invoice review using a list of requirements provided to ensure invoices that are issued are accurate & ready to be sent to a client
