The Service Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling and dispatching Service Technicians to appropriate customer locations and providing support to field employees, customers, and Supervisors / Managers. This is a Monday-Friday 7am-3 : 30pm onsite role.

Essential Functions :

• Communicate effectively with Technicians, Field Staff, Supervisors, and homeowners.
• Create work orders including changes, additions, or updates.
• Routing / monitoring Technicians schedules to accommodate customer needs.
• Ensure jobs are set up accurately to include parts needed and any additional information to complete and close jobs.
• Work directly with Technicians with regards to repair needs and maintenance.
• Completing processes in a timely and professional manner.
• Attend and participate in employee meetings and trainings.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Document and update all customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
• Maintain security of confidential customer information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Requirements :

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

This position requires interaction with people in an office environment. Work requires sitting, handling / grasping, and repetitive motions for long periods of time. Must be able to communicate over the phone, over email, and in person.
