Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will :
- Own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cash flows, and budget forecasts; drive corrective action when variances occur.
- Manage procurement and subcontractor selection, negotiate scopes and contracts, and enforce contractual performance.
- Serve as the primary client and design-team contact, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and protecting owner objectives.
- Coordinate permitting, inspections, and compliance with local codes and Denton Floyd standards.
- Lead cross-functional project meetings, align internal teams, and resolve field issues that impact cost or schedule.
- Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications with accurate documentation.
- Implement and monitor quality control and safety programs to ensure high construction standards and a safe jobsite.
- Mentor project staff, foster collaborative relationships with subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee multifamily project portfolio

Has 8+ years of experience in ConstructionHas ground-up experiencePreferably has Commercial, Education, Retail, or Healthcare experienceHas working knowledge of construction technology and detailsIs extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawingsHas excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clientsWhat's on Offer
