Legal Secretary – Irvine, CA

A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join its Irvine team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages deadlines with confidence, and communicates effectively. You’ll support attorneys working on complex Personal Injury matters while being part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support to attorneys
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings and documents in state and federal courts
• Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and manage case milestones
• Assist with case management, including document organization and discovery
• Format, edit, and finalize legal documents
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel as needed
• Coordinate administrative support and resources for the team
