Senior Director, UX Design

Overview

The Senior Director, UX Design, is a key leader within the technology team, fully accountable for the quality, speed, and precision of all UX design deliverables. You will be at the heart of the transformation of our Product-Design function to use AI-driven vibe coding and other tools. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who embraces the power of AI for rapid prototyping to accelerate user input and speed of design and development. The role manages internal designers and third-party contractors, collaborates with Product Managers, Engineering, the Business, and Customers, and delivers pixel-perfect, business-aligned, user-validated designs. Responsibilities

• Lead UX teams and drive quality, speed, and precision of all UX design deliverables in high-pressure, corporate environments with complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Manage internal designers and third-party contractors; mentor and develop team members; maintain accountability for delivering excellent work through others.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, the Business, and Customers to ensure pixel-perfect, business-aligned, user-validated designs.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and rapid prototyping to accelerate user input, design iterations, and development speed.
• Ensure designs integrate with React, HTML, CSS, JS and work with engineering teams on component libraries; maintain high attention to detail.
