Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to hire a Marketo Marketing Specialist (contract). Please note, this is a hybrid role and will require 3+ days onsite per week. The ideal applicant will serve as the go-to Marketo automation expert to ensure proper database management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with cross functional teams to plan, create, and execute programs and campaigns in Marketo.
• Identify leads and hand them off to the appropriate team member.
• Build and maintain customer journeys, drip, and one time email campaigns across the customer lifecycle to drive engagement.
• Conduct A / B testing to drive conversion improvements.
• Support management to define goals, KPIs, audience segments, and more.
• Collaborate with the team to create, implement, and measure click-thru rates for landing pages.
• Manage all lists in Marketo and maintain meaningful database segmentation.
• Monitor database hygiene and perform ongoing data cleansing.
