Our Summer internship program is a full-time, 10–12-week summer position from May through August 2026. As an intern you’ll receive an exciting opportunity to acquire relevant work experience and work alongside our best and brightest. ENERGY ENGINEER INTERNSHIP

The Energy Engineer position supports the energy / sustainability team in performing energy audits, facility assessments, existing building commissioning, and building systems computer modeling and analysis.  This position supports the service team in reviewing asset databases, performing preliminary systems analysis and report writing.  Reports to Energy and Sustainability Director. This role offers a valuable opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges and work closely with experienced Project Managers.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities :

• Fieldwork : Participate in site visits and inspections to gather data, verify installations, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Problem-Solving : Aid in identifying and troubleshooting engineering issues during the design and implementation phases.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, designers, and project managers to achieve project goals.
• Learning and Development : Take part in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge in mechanical construction.
