As an administrative assistant on our legal team, your role will be key to ensuring our office runs efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess strong time management and communication skills, which will be used while managing and maintaining calendars, reserving event locations, or managing travel arrangements. Additionally, you'll handle standard administrative duties such as answering phones, managing and maintaining documentation, sending and processing electronic communications and mail, and management of office supplies and equipment. If you have strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect place for you.

Location

Hybrid remote. 2 days in the office located at 111 Congressional Blvd. Carmel, Indiana. Days in the office to be determined with leadership.

Must-have Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of three years' work experience in an administrative role.
