Requires : Bachelor’s degree (U.S.

or foreign equivalent) in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related Data Analytics role OR Master’s degree (U.S.

or foreign equivalent) in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in job offered or in a related Data Analytics role.

Prior work experience must include one (1) year (with a Master’s degree) OR three (3) years (with a Bachelor’s degree) with each of the following : authoring technical requirements, user stories and epics using control-driven design principles, with special attention to cross-functional dependencies; translating application program interface (API) spec documents into technical feature requirements; building digital products in a fast-paced, agile product development environment; participating in building, testing, and launching of new features for Credit Card or Deposits products; and using product management applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Jira and Confluence to facilitate business requirements development, data analysis, and implementation of customer remediation activities.

Remote work permitted 2 days per week within commuting distance of Richardson, Texas.
