Now Hiring : Materials Handler – 1st Shift

Location : Columbia, PA

Pay : $18–$20 / hr (Based on Experience) | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Allegiance Staffing is hiring a Materials Handler to support warehouse and production operations for our client in Columbia, PA. This role ensures materials are received, stored, moved, and shipped safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and unload incoming materials

Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments

Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks

Assist with inventory control and recordkeeping

Build skids, create packing lists, and support light assembly when needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience

Sit-down forklift and pallet jack experience (required)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk throughout shift

Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience a plus

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
