Our Patient Placement Team is looking for a skilled Nurse to join our team in the Oregon Regional Transfer Center.

Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.

This Registered Nurse will play a key role in facilitating complex requests related to physician consults, telemedicine, and patient transfers between facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include :

  • Evaluating patients for transfer
  • Coordinating transportation and logistics
  • Communicating with healthcare teams and family members

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • An Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
