In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Provide expert-level support through system analysis, customer consultations, software / hardware troubleshooting, installations, upgrades, and migrations, including high-complexity tasks like SSL, LDAP, and DMZ configurations.
• Resolve complex technical issues on high-end pathology imaging instruments by applying advanced analytical skills and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
• Lead and mentor by training less experienced associates, managing support queues, documenting service activities, and guiding customers on diagnostics, repairs, and spare parts to ensure high-quality service delivery.
