Job Description
The Extended Business Office (EBO) Operations Manager is responsible for the management of the virtual extended international business office (IBO). He / She will support the extended business office staff as a point of contact for day-to-day operations, interpretation of policies, and dissemination of new direction and information. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Executive Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle and work in close collaboration with the IBO manager and corporate support teams. This position is critical to the consistent service delivery of revenue cycle management to multiple clients and has a direct responsibility to the overall financial and partnership success.
Key Job Duties
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, staff assignments, and point solutions. This includes coordination of system access, equipment, required training, and onboarding expectation discussions with the client and IBO manager counterpart

Core Qualifications
The estimated salary range for this job is $80,000 - $105,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy and Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
