Construction Superintendent
The Superintendent will be responsible for :
- Managing daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
- Overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conducting site inspections to maintain quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Resolving any on-site issues or delays to keep the project on track.
- Communicating progress updates to stakeholders and maintain detailed records.
- Supervising and mentoring on-site construction teams to ensure productivity and safety.
- Ensuring adherence to all construction codes, permits, and regulations.
