Construction Superintendent

The Superintendent will be responsible for :

• Managing daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
• Overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conducting site inspections to maintain quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Resolving any on-site issues or delays to keep the project on track.
• Communicating progress updates to stakeholders and maintain detailed records.
• Supervising and mentoring on-site construction teams to ensure productivity and safety.
• Ensuring adherence to all construction codes, permits, and regulations.
