A company is looking for a Development Operations Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive support plan for Community Development fundraising staff

Provide ongoing training and support on technology tools to enhance fundraising efficiency

Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate contract execution and donor data management

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in project management or fundraising administration

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience with databases / CRMs, particularly Salesforce

Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities

Willingness to travel to local events as needed
