We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager who will own the full lifecycle of multiple projects, driving execution with precision and ensuring alignment with McKesson’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a skilled communicator, and a trusted partner to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery-initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure-ensuring successful outcomes across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Develop and manage robust project plans that reflect a deep understanding of scope, dependencies, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively monitor and control project performance, identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies with confidence and transparency.
• Serve as the central point of accountability for project success, maintaining full visibility into status, challenges, and progress.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning project goals with business strategy and negotiating realistic expectations.
• Integrate vendor deliverables seamlessly into project plans, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Uphold McKesson’s project management standards and methodologies, driving consistency and excellence across all engagements.
• Deliver clear, concise, and impactful status updates to leadership and stakeholders, demonstrating ownership and strategic insight.
