Job Overview :
Herbert Roofing is seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and community engagement. This role is key to achieving company revenue and growth goals by developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing the company’s online reputation, and overseeing local marketing events.

Key Deliverables & Accountabilities
Deliverable 1 – Lead Generation
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive qualified leadsTrack and report performance metrics to guide future strategyAnalyze data weekly to adjust efforts and meet monthly lead goalsDeliverable 2 – Online Reputation
Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTubeManage online reviews and reputation on Google Reviews, Yelp, and BBBEnsure brand consistency in messaging, design, and tone across all channelsDeliverable 3 – Face-to-Face Marketing
Plan and manage local marketing events such as home shows, fairs, and festivalsNetwork through local Chambers of Commerce and business groups to increase brand visibilityOversee event logistics, budgets, and staff schedulingTrack KPIs for all events and evaluate effectiveness to refine future campaignsReporting Structure :
Reports directly to Ann Wenglikowski, Sales & Marketing DirectorAttends weekly Level 10 meetings with preparation completed in advanceMaintains accurate and up-to-date administrative and marketing recordsCompensation Structure :
Hours of Work : Standard hours are 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed for event marketing. Minimum of 40 hours per week. Flex time available with approval. Marketing Managers are not eligible for overtime pay.Base Salary : $1,000 weekly ($52,000 annually)Bonuses : Monthly performance bonuses are based on meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.Goals and bonus amounts are reviewed monthly and communicated by the first of each month
If the lead goal is not met but the sales goal is achieved, a proportional bonus will be paidIf neither the lead nor sales goal is met, no bonus will be paidBonuses are paid on the second paycheck of the following monthProfit Sharing : All Marketing Managers are eligible for the Herbert Roofing Profit Sharing PlanGeneral Expectations :
Travel Allowance :
Company vehicles are available during business hours, and Herbert Roofing covers fuel costsWhen a company vehicle is unavailable, use of a personal vehicle requires prior approval from the Sales & Marketing DirectorPersonal mileage is reimbursed at $0.67 per mile using the approved Mileage Expense Form, submitted by the 5th of the following monthEquipment & Tools :
Must maintain a valid driver’s license, insured personal vehicle, and availability during work hoursCompany tools and electronics must be kept clean, organized, and in safe working conditionAll company credit cards (Visa / MasterCard) must be used responsibly and per company policyAttendance & Meetings :
Attendance at all team meetings, training sessions, and quarterly “State of the Company” meetings is mandatoryAlternate Titles :
