• Assist the General Manager in daily operational management and decision-making.

• Oversight of front desk operations and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with purchasing and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement and assist in marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and promote the establishment.
