Key Responsibilities :

• Manage workers' compensation claims intake and data entry.
• Guide injured associates through the claims process.
• Coordinate return-to-work activities with insurance carriers, HR, and managers.
• Support weekly payroll processing and serve as a back-up payroll processor.
• Administer time management systems, including training and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate and timely payroll record updates.
• Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and provider communication.
• Provide HRIS system support and act as a subject matter expert for UKG associate records.
• Serve as back-up recruiter during high-volume hiring periods for entry-level positions.
