Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role :

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-loving team player with a heart for storytelling and a passion for making things happen behind the scenes. This role is fast-paced and highly collaborative—expect to spend your days coordinating calendars, organizing shoot logistics, and keeping communication flowing between producers, crew, and talent. You’ll be the glue that helps production move forward smoothly and efficiently, ensuring everything from call sheets to ad reads is in place and on time. Success in this role requires hustle, humility, and the ability to stay calm and cool under pressure. If you’re someone who thrives on structure, loves supporting a mission, and gets fired up about creating content that changes lives—this is your kind of role.
