Summary :
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Learn computer software and adapt to new technology.
- Create and maintain departmental files, both electronic and paper (when necessary).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) when dealing with company / client relationships.
- Invoice / Work Order reconciliation required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and follow-through on all tasks.
- Data entry, document scanning, and printing.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening calls when necessary in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
- Welcomes and directs vendors, drivers, and other site visitors as needed.
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and / or Experience :
