Supervisor, Student Services
Under the leadership of the Associate Dean of Student Services, this position implements the vision of the campus as it relates to admissions and registration and / or academic advising. The Supervisor, Student Services provides daily supervision of the full-time and part-time clerical staff and admissions officers ensuring quality customer service to students. This position also manages projects and activities related to the daily operations of each of the above departments. Along with the associate dean of student services, the Supervisor facilitates the implementation of policies and procedures related to the office of Admissions and Registration and / or Academic Advising. This position is responsible for the department in the absence of the associate dean.
Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum Experience / Training : Five years Admissions / Registration experience and / or academic advising experience, preferably in a community college setting. Three years supervisory or lead experience required.
