We're seeking an experienced ERP Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support and evolve our enterprise system environment. This role will manage the configuration, performance, and support of Dynamics 365 while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive system alignment with business operations.

Position is in office at our Carol Stream, IL headquarters

Pay Range : $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Compensation will vary based on experience, education, skills, and location.

What You'll Do

System Administration & Optimization

• Serve as the primary administrator for Dynamics 365, managing configurations, workflows, user roles, and security settings.
• Support daily operations by monitoring system performance, resolving user issues, and managing system uptime.
• Document configurations, update logs, troubleshooting guides, and workflow diagrams to support consistency and transparency.
• Execute and validate system upgrades, updates, and patches with minimal business disruption.
