The Estimating Manager will oversee the full estimating lifecyclefrom bid evaluation and pricing to final proposalwhile mentoring a team of estimators and implementing standardized procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a team of estimators, managing workloads, priorities, and performance.
• Oversee the review of architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents.

• Implement and refine standardized estimating procedures and controls.
• Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, and operations teams to align estimates with execution strategies.
• Conduct risk analysis and provide insights to support strategic bid decisions.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in all proposal submissions.
