Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeking Physician or Nurse Practitioner for October 6 & 7 at their Corporate Health center in Cambridge City, IN. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and some occupational health including DOT exams. Hours are Monday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm & Tuesday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm with a 60-minute lunch break; clinic is closed for lunch from 12 : 00pm-1 : 00pm. Clinic is staffed by one MA and one provider. Candidates must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. DOT Certification is preferred but not required.
