This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, clients, and financial professionals while managing complex matters in probate, estate, trust administration, and tax planning.

What You'll Do

• This position involves a wide variety of responsibilities across client case management, probate and trust administration, and tax preparation support, including :
• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and correspondence
• Meeting with attorneys, clients, trustees, beneficiaries, and financial advisors
• Researching statutes, regulations, and case law to provide written analysis
• Preparing probate documents, inventories, annual accountings, deeds, settlement agreements, and asset spreadsheets
• Valuing estate assets, calculating fees, and preparing allocation schedules and distribution plans
• Managing compliance calendars, checkbooks, and estate or trust files
• Gathering financial and tax information for fiduciary and final tax returns
• Drafting petitions and supporting documents for estate, trust, probate, and conservatorship matters
