LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Wilmington, DE to hire a Payroll Specialist for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone with hands-on payroll experience, preferably in healthcare, and familiarity with Paycor. The company processes weekly payroll for 500+ employees, so attention to detail and efficiency are key. Job Title : Payroll Specialist (Temp-to-Perm) Location : Wilmington, DE – Fully Onsite Start Date : ASAP Employment Type : Temp-to-Perm Salary : $28–$32 / hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Process weekly payroll for 500+ employees using Paycor
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries
• Maintain and update payroll records and documentation
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
• Assist with payroll reporting and audits
• Support onboarding and offboarding payroll-related tasks
