What's the Job?

• Manage the intake, assignment, and tracking of all creative requests across teams and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Allocate creative resources effectively, balancing workload across design, copy, video, and production teams.
• Facilitate daily and weekly status meetings to align priorities and address potential risks or blockers.
• Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, communications, and status reports.
