Job Details

We are seeking skilled Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys with a strong background in defending hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in complex litigation.

Qualifications :

Education : Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Licensure : Admission to the New York State Bar

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of Medical Malpractice and / or Insurance Defense litigation experience.

Other relevant experience includes general liability matters inclusive of slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.

Bonus Experience : 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
