What You'll Do :

  • Serve as the primary contact for UKG Workforce Management Pro, Workforce Dimensions, and InTouch 9000 / 9100 time clocks.
  • Provide technical assistance for Workday system : testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and configuration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and meet HR and business needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop documentation and system guidance for stakeholders.

    • What You Need to Bring :

  • At least three years of experience building integrations with Dell Boomi and a Dell Boomi Professional Integration Certification.
  • Over ten years of experience with UKG system configuration and administration.
  • Minimum five years of experience with UKG Workforce Management Pro.
  • Experience applying union contract configurations.
  • Experience managing HR technology or system functionality preferred.
