We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves overseeing key financial processes, managing accounting teams, and providing strategic insights to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting, finance, and investment oversight.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with established accounting standards and internal policies.
• Monitor and enhance cash flow, liquidity, and working capital through detailed forecasting.
• Oversee reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Lead accounting teams managing multiple entities, with a focus on real estate and property-level reporting.
• Maintain comprehensive financial records for external investments and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Develop financial models and perform analyses to support investment strategies and long-term planning.
• Partner with department leaders to develop, manage, and track annual budgets.
• Deliver variance reports, trend analyses, and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and evolving accounting standards.
• Design and implement internal controls to protect assets and mitigate financial risks
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably in mid-sized organizations.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of tax structures, real estate accounting, and investment reporting.
