Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a Regional Director of Sales - Senior Living to guide and inspire sales teams across a portfolio of senior living communities. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll balance strategic planning, hands-on coaching, and relationship-building to boost occupancy and exceed revenue goals.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple senior living communities.
- Mentor, coach, and empower community sales associates to reach and exceed targets.
- Partner with executive directors and regional leaders to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Conduct market analysis, implement creative outreach, and monitor competitive activity.
- Step in with direct sales leadership support during staffing transitions or vacancies.
- Must be willing to travel up to 60% within the assigned portfolio.
