Life Sciences Recruiting Expert Matchmaking Life Sciences professionals with Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device, and CROs nationwide.
Location : Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid : 3 days onsite)
This role will focus heavily on downstream marketing , particularly direct-to-patient campaign execution, while also supporting physician engagement and global launch initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of direct-to-patient omni-channel campaigns , including agency management and performance tracking.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, clinical, regulatory, operations) to align global marketing strategies.
- Support product launches and indication expansions, including messaging, positioning, and physician education.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs and field sales teams to drive adoption.
- Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and digital content to support awareness and adoption globally.
- Represent the business at industry conferences and events.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in medical device or pharma marketing , with strong downstream / DTC focus.Experience supporting product launches, physician education, and field sales enablement.Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence across global teams.Must be based in or willing to relocate to Minneapolis (3 days onsite required).Ability to travel domestically or internationally : up to 25%.Seniority level
