Job Description :

Position Overview : The SVP of Corporate Development at Uniphore will be a key architect of the company’s growth strategy, leading all corporate development activities and transactions. This executive will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies around mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and other growth initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in strategic finance, particularly in managing M&A activities, engaging with venture capital firms, and steering the company through complex financial decisions in the fast-evolving AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership :

Collaborate with the Office of the CEO (OCEO) to develop and implement strategies for inorganic growth, focusing on M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments.

Work closely with the Chief Product Officer, Chief Business Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Head of People to ensure alignment across all corporate development initiatives.

Conduct thorough risk and opportunity assessments related to potential and ongoing corporate development activities, with a focus on strategic fit and financial implications.

Lead and coordinate comprehensive due diligence activities across all functional areas, including commercial, financial, product, operations, technology, sales, and marketing.

Collaborate with the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer to secure executive and board-level approvals for M&A transactions.

Hiring Range : $0 - $0 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
