Job Title : HR Shared Services Representative

Location : 725 North Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201

Duration : 3 Months Contract (with possible extension)

Shift Details : 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM

General Description :

• The HR Shared Services Representative, responds to employee and manager inquiries for HR related matters, provides support for employee self-service tools, and provides accurate information about policies, processes, and programs to resolve employee inquiries and matters on a timely basis, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, compile statistics, interview others, maintain filing system, maintain logs.

Knowledge of and willingness to maximize HRIS solutions.
