About the Job
As the Managing Director, gTech Ads Enablement - Search+, you will lead a team responsible for the advertiser experience and services growth across Google’s Search and Search+ ad products. You will be a key strategic partner and a unified advocate for gTech to executive leadership across GPS and Product, driving frictionless experiences that directly impact advertiser trust and business. In this role, you will be accountable for the strategic direction, budget, and performance of a large, geographically dispersed organization, ensuring gTech Ads is positioned to unlock scale and productivity for the Search+ portfolio. This includes orchestrating global launch strategies, establishing a unified customer‑centric feedback loop, driving transformational change to improve product serviceability, and building a portfolio of Search+ media and technical services. You will lead a team of senior managers, building a talent pipeline and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $310,000‑$432,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
