Join the Team at FirstCash Holdings, Inc. as a Social Media Content Creator!

We are launching a short-term pilot program to explore the impact of localized social media content. We're seeking a  creative, social-savvy individual to join our Mineral Wells store team as a E-Commerce Specialist. This role is designed to spotlight in-store products, promotions, and events through engaging digital content.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Content Creation
• Curate and photograph unique, seasonal, or trending items form the store.
• Capture and edit photo / video content (reels, short-form, behind-the-scenes.
• Produce 4-5 high-quality posts daily across multiple platforms
• Write engaging captions and calls to action aligned with brand voice.
• Plan content around sales, holidays, and store events.
• Coordinate with store and corporate marketing teams.
• Suggest Creative campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Schedule and post content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer
• Engage with followers via comments, DMS, and mentions.
• Grow each platform by at least 50 new followers per week.
• Track social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
• Work with store associates to highlight promotions and products.
• Promote in-store events and feature customers or team members.
• Maintain consistent visual identity and tone.
• Ensure content complies with copyright and trademark laws.
• Align all content with corporate brand guidelines.
• Must have an active and engaged presence on social media.
• Must provide social media handles and portfolio with application.
• Expected to maintain professionalism and brand alignment in personal and company-related content.
• Avoid posting or engaging in controversial or sensitive topics.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Equipment Provided :  All necessary tools and devices will be supplied. No personal equipment required.

Commute :  Applicants must live in or be willing to commute to Mineral Wells, TX.
