Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at an elementary school in Overland Park, KS. This role involves working within a low incidence, center-based LIFT program designed to support students with unique learning needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students with low incidence disabilities.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, aides, and related service providers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and municate regularly with families.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and program planning to enhance service delivery.
