Position Summary : Reporting to the
Sr. Director of
Marketing Operations,
the
Marketing Operations Specialist,
works to drive membership growth through inbound and outbound marketing techniques for THMA.
Primary Job Duties :
Build, test, and launch email, landing page, and event programs within Marketo, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (Marketo and Salesforce) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
Support data quality efforts through routine audits, list uploads, and contact enrichment.
Generate reports on primary marketing KPIs using Marketo and Salesforce
Develop a deep understanding of target market and segments to maintain a high-quality database of target companies with relevant titles, contacts, and contact details using Salesforce and Marketo
Assist in maintaining a clean database through regular audits and troubleshooting
Monitor campaign metrics and share insights with the team to support continuous improvement.
Communicate campaign performance results clearly to internal stakeholders.
Assist in documenting campaign workflows and recommending small process improvements
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
Influence the future-state of THMA's sales and marketing operations processes by providing evidence-based input and suggestions.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree required
1-3 years' experience in Marketing Operations
Hands on experience with marketing automation systems (Marketo strongly preferred)
1-3 years' experience in building Marketo programs via Marketing Activities
1-3 years' experience building Marketo emails and landing pages
Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics
Experience building and interpreting marketing performance reports
