JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Public Event Facilitator to join our team at the Dallas Arboretum during the holiday season. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating activities within the Holiday Village, ensuring a festive and seamless experience for our guests. This position will be under the direction of the Senior Public Events Manager and the Public Events Managers, providing vital support in executing a variety of holiday-themed events and activities.

As part of our dedicated team, you will contribute to the creation of a magical atmosphere that embodies the spirit of the season. Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics, engaging with visitors, and assisting with setup and breakdown of event spaces. You will collaborate closely with staff and volunteers to promote a positive and enjoyable environment, all while upholding the high standards of the Dallas Arboretum.
