Are you a meticulous problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to get things done accurately and on time. If you have at least 2 years of experience managing full-cycle payroll and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to tackle challenges head-on, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay Range : $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Requirements :

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, benefits, and deductions.
• Monitor and process time records from the timekeeping.
• Work with agencies for Garnishment and child support orders and Payments
• Handle payroll-related tax issues, meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries professionally.
• Resolve employee payroll questions and discrepancies professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates to maintain compliance
