An Addison Group client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Location : Philadelphia, PA

Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time

Compensation : $40,000 - $50,000 / year + performance-based incentive program

Job Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries through to final delivery

Prepare proposals, review details with customers, and close sales opportunities

Maintain strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Coordinate and process customer requests with accuracy and attention to detail

Manage orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timeliness and customer satisfaction

Enter and track data in CRM systems, following up on open requests and opportunities

Research and develop new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers

Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

12 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred

Strong business acumen and sales mindset

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications

Strong math skills with good analytical and reasoning abilities

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and reliability

Professional presence and high ethical standards
